Tenants are responsible for the replacement and installation of light bulbs within their rented units. Kika Living will complete these repair requests, however, the tenant will be billed $50 + the cost of supplies.

Submitting a work request automatically authorizes Kika Living maintenance staff and/or approved contractors to enter your unit between 9 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday within 5 business days of your request. 

Please note that more urgent matters will be given priority. Maintenance tickets are not always completed in the order they are received.

COVID 19 LOCKDOWN OR RED ZONE PROCEDURES: Only urgent or emergency repairs will be conducted during these times. Any repair deemed non-essential will be recorded by our team, however, placed on hold until restrictions are lifted. Our team will provide tenants with notice when scheduling of these repairs will be taking place. For questions or concerns, please contact the rental office.
